We worked with "Paul" though he never spoke to us after the meet and greet that he was late for. His underwriter seemed nice and competent, but everything they told us turned out to be untrue. We were told they had a fixed rate hold in for us and then when we purchased and went to use it apparently the lender we had the hold with doesn't even do holds for fixed. So then we had to deal with higher rates than we were promised, but we had finally got our purchase so we just went with what the recommended. Which was a variable mortgage, except what they rushed us into signing wasn't a variable rate it was an adjusting rate. So though we were assured multiple times that our payments wouldn't go up with the rates, just our term would... here we are learning shortly after signing the papers that we have a completely different product than we thought and our payments have gone up over $400/month in 4 months. Definitely a horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone, we were misguided and lied to at every step.

I am lost for word with the performance and assistance Katrina and Alfred's team has shown me and my family. Their ability to accommodate our financial needs and find the best mortgage deals is world class! With the stress of moving to a new province and having very tight deadlines, this team was able to go above and beyond to support us in getting everything settled. I would highly recommend this team for any mortgage needs as from experience they will help you find the best rates. Emina is just amazing. Since the very first phone call she was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions making everything easy to understand. She is super nice to work with, profesional and always available on time.This was our first home and we didn't know anything. She took the time to explained everything step by step.
